Erica works 1:1 with individuals who are interested in cultivating mindfulness practices (including meditation) that they can integrate into their own lives. These sessions are customized to the individual and weave in a thoughtful combination research-informed coaching , guided meditations and mindfulness practices to empower students to better regulate stress. Interested students are required to fill out a brief intake form ahead of the first session.
Investment: $125 per hour
*This does not include travel fee if sessions take place outside of Chicago’s Wicker Park/Bucktown, River North or Loop neighborhoods.
